一個年輕人只是因為想這麼作，就作了。跟媽媽借了房地契抵押了50萬，就開始了人生的第一家，常常有記者來報導，問他為什麼想要創業，但有時候不是想不想的問題，而是你要這麼作，就作了。沒有太多的猶豫與掙扎，只覺得該這麼作，就作了。
A young man wants to take his mother’s household registration paper to get money from the bank and then he really does it. No reason no doubt. He got 500 thousand dollars to open a store. Now many reporters ask him why he opened this store,but seriously he didn’t think too much about it.

但真正的困難不並是你做了這個決定、作了這件事情，而是之後所面臨的那些挫折，不過今天並不是要講那些挫折，而是要說這是一家多麼有趣的店。

Truly,it’s not difficult to make this decision,but you have to face many consequences that you can’t imanage . But today I won’t discuss those unhappy things. I want to talk about what is interesting.

這家店只有兩個員工，一位叫小肆、一位叫JJ，店名叫做公園生活，果零派客來，因為就在中和四號公園附近，我會愛上這家店的原因，是因為他們超好吃的雞腿飯，以及什麼時間點去拜訪，都會有一群不認識的朋友，但最後我們都會成為朋友的命運機會。 這家店有書本可以看、可以買，有地下廣播電台，邀請一群志同道合的朋友來當DJ，為的就是打敗大眾媒體，還有當然這裡有超級方便的無線上網，每個座位區都有插座，老闆小肆三不五時還會跟朋友一起玩wii，週三的活動是大家一起吃飯，週六晚上則是有練團時間，許許多多在這個空間發生的事情，我只能說，你一定要來坐坐，跟小肆聊天、把這裡當作是自己家的小客廳，不是因為那些行銷的口號，而是這裡你真正可以用自己的方式與一個空間相處。

This store has only two employees. One is called 小肆,and the other is called JJ. The store’s name is called Greenpark Life, because it is nearby No.4 park in Zhonghe City. I love this store,because their chicken rice is very delisious. No matter what time you go to this store, you can meet many new friends. Although we don’t know each other,we can still become friends. In this store you can read books,magzines and also you can buy them. The best part of the store is they have illegal radio. They invited their clients to be DJs. The boss 小肆 said he wants to beat the mass communation. He hopes his neighbors can hear it. This store is online anytime and everyseat has a plugin for computers. We can play wii anytime.We also eat together with unknown people on Wesdensdays and play with a band on Saturdays. Many things happened in this store. I have to say,you must go to this place and talk with 小肆. You can make yourself at home. This is not marketing speak. The truth is you can experience this space in your own way.
